Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No Show Fee

Please be reminded that the following fee will be charged for cancellation or no-show under the guidelines provided by the Korea Consumer Agency of the Fair Trade Commission

High Seasons Low Seasons
Period Ⅰ. May, July, August, September, October, December - during the entire month
Ⅱ. every Saturday (all year long)
Ⅲ. a day before every national and designated holiday
Ⅳ. from the eve of the first day of long holidays to a day before their last day

※ Any weekdays or Sunday between holidays are also considered as High Season
Ⅰ. January, February, March, April, June, November - from Sunday to Friday during these months
Ⅱ. the last day of long holidays or weekends (including Sundays, national and designated holidays)

※ Every Saturdays, the eve of national holidays and designated holidays, and from the eve of the first day of long holidays to a day before their last day are considered as High Season
※ Any weekdays or Sundays between holidays are also considered as High Season
Penalty Policy Cancellation after 15:00 on the date of 3 days prior to the arrival date (check-in date)
- 50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged


Cancellation after 15:00 on the date of 1 day prior to the arrival date (check-in date) or no-show
- 90% of the total amount of your stay will be charged

(The same rate will be applied in the case of cancellation of same day reservation)
Cancellation after 15:00 on the date of 1 day prior to the arrival date (check-in date)
- 10% of the total amount of your stay will be charged

Cancellation after 15:00 on the date of the arrival date (check-in date) or no-show
- 20% of the total amount of your stay will be charged

(The same rate will be applied in the case of cancellation of same day reservation)
※ Total Amount of Stay is based on the confirmed room rate. The same rate applies when booking one room for more than one night or more than one room.
* For package rates, a penalty will be applied to the total amount of payment according to the penalty policy.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy for Reservations through OTA (Online Travel Agency)
In case of the cancellation of reservation made through OTA (Online Travel Agency), Cancellation Policy of each OTAs will be applied.
※ OTA means Online Travel Agency such as local travel agencies(Interpark Tour, Hotel Join, Hotelnjoy, and social commerce) and overseas travel agencies (Expedia & Hotels.com, Booking.com and Agoda.com)
