Article 1 Types of Personal Information Collected and Collecting Method

Policy 1 Types of Personal Information Collected
The Company has collected personal information below such as membership registration, consultation, service request.
  • Collecting Type: Name, Birth Date, Login ID, Password, Home Phone Number, Home Address, Mobile Phone Number, Email, Credit Card Information, IP Access Information, GCCI Card Number
  • Collecting Method of Personal Information; Membership Registration through Webpage (Membership Registration, Reservation, Estimation) and Phone/Fax
Policy 2 Collection and Usage Purpose of Personal Information
The Company utilizes collected personal information for the following purpose.
  • - Fulfillment of contract on service provision and Supply of fee settlement contents, Authentication of financial transaction and Financial service
  • - Identification of membership service and membership, Personal identification management, Protection of illegal usage by problematic members and Protection of unauthorized usage, Checking of intention to join, Checking of age, Handling of civil complaints such as dissatisfaction, Delivery of notice
  • - Delivery of advertising information such as marketing and advertisement utilizing events
  • - Besides reservation
Policy 3 Retention and Usage Term of Personal Information
The Company destroys relevant information without delay and without exception after the purpose of collection and usage of personal information is attained.
Policy 4 Deletion Process and Method of Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys relevant information without delay after the purpose of collection and usage of personal information is attained. Deletion process and method is as follows.
  • - Deletion Process Input information for membership registration, reservation, estimation, etc by member is transferred to separate DB after achievement of purpose (separate file box in case of paper), is stored according to inside policy and information protection by other relevant regulation, and is immediately destroyed on deletion request. Personal information transferred to separate DB shall not be used for other purpose except being retained by regulation.
  • - Deletion Method Personal information stored as a electronic form is deleted by using technical method which makes record irreproducible.
Policy 5 Provision of Personal Information
In principle the Company does not provide personal information of customers for outside except in the following cases.
  • When customers has given prior consent
  • When complying with articulation of laws or request of investigation agency according to legal process and method
Policy 6 Consignment of Personal Information Collected
The Company does not entrust customer's information to outside agency without customer's agreement. In case of future need, the Company will inform customers of consignee and consigned work and receive prior consent if necessary.
Policy 7 Right and Executing Method of User and Legal Representative

User or legal representative is always able to inquire and revise the registered personal information of oneself or child under the age of 14 and request for cancellation of registration.

In order for inquiry/modification of user or child under age of 14 for personal information and change of personal information" (or a modification of member information etc) for cancellation of registration, the Company will take action without hesitation on request in writing, by call or E-mail. In case you request error correction of personal information, the Company does not use or offer personal information until correction is completed.

Also, in case incorrect personal information was already offered to third person, the Company will notify third party of revised treatment result in order to accomplish its correction.

The Company handles cancelled or deleted personal information made by user and legal representative's request by following "Retention and Usage Term of Personal Information" and makes sure not to be read or used for other purpose.

Policy 8 Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Collection Device of Personal Information
The Company operates 'cookie' etc which frequently saves and identifies your information. Cookie is saved at your computer's hard disk which the server used for operating company's website sends to your web browser as a very small text file. The Company uses the cookie for the following purposes.
